Tile and Grout Shower Restoration Essex

The shower unit tiles and grout in Mr.Tucker’s rental property in Esssex were going to be replaced until I suggested that I may be able to restore them to a ‘Like-New’ condition.

I first applied a wax and residue remover to take off the grease and body fats that had accumulated followed by high pressure rinsing using state of the art enclosed spinning technology.

I then applied a specially formulated acidic  tile and grout restorer which removes limescale and all other mineral deposits, again pressure rinsing to remove all residues.

After thoroughly drying using hi-tech microfiber technology and powerful air movers, I applied several coats of solvent based impregnating sealer that soaks deeply into the grouting to fill all the microscopic air pockets that would otherwise quickly fill with bacteria, body fats, limescale, moulds etc. The impregnator doesn’t change the colour or feel of the tiles and grout but makes routine cleaning very easy indeed.

The results speak for themselves and Mr Tucker was very pleased.
